This course is an online and team-based program for nonprofit executives to clarify their strategy and articulate a path to greater impact. 

This course is designed to help participants understand how boards work.

This course teaches participants how to implement good design practices and build brand guidelines for a nonprofit organization. 

This course will develop participants' ability to appropriately interpret the major financial accounting statements that are used by nonprofit organizations. Participants will gain an understanding of the types of financial statements that are used by nonprofit organizations, how they differ from for-profit financial reporting, and the uses of financial statement analysis, or ratio analysis for nonprofit organizations.

This course will develop participants’ ability to appropriately interpret the major financial accounting statements that are used by nonprofit organizations. 

This course is appropriate for individuals with job experience as a grant researcher and proposal writer. Course topics include, but are not limited to, best practices for grant consultants, marketing, selecting services to provide, and self-employment. 

This course covers management best practices for leading a nonprofit organization. Participants will be exposed to the major areas of responsibility for nonprofit leaders, including strategy, managing employees, fundraising, grantwriting, board governance, and marketing and social media.

This course examines leadership theories as well as key qualities and ethics within leadership. It also focuses on leadership in the nonprofit sector, including the leadership shortage and possible solutions. 

This course covers the fundamentals of board and volunteer development as well as recruiting, effective communication, and retention. 

This online course offers an introduction to social impact strategy and social entrepreneurship, including key concepts, an overview of the field, and tools to get started as a changemaker.
