This course explains how non-governmental organizations and social enterprises can fundraise from Gulf donors and other non-traditional donor agencies.

This course covers management best practices for leading a nonprofit organization. Participants will be exposed to the major areas of responsibility for nonprofit leaders, including strategy, managing employees, fundraising, grantwriting, board governance, and marketing and social media.

This course is a comprehensive introduction to grantwriting. Topics covered include developing grant opportunities based on your organization's strategic plan, researching grantmakers, using RFPs for successful project and proposal planning, undertaking persuasive narrative writing, preparing the project budget, and optimizing the proposal for re-submission if it is rejected.
