This training series guides participants through the process of building a grantseeking strategy for a particular project or developing an overarching strategy for the year. Topics covered include how to build a grant decision matrix, how to build a grants strategy, preparing to do grants research, and adopting a successful research process.

This training program provides participants with general management training, combining conceptual knowledge with individual experiences in order to increase their impact in the nonprofit sector.

This training is about empowering an organization's leadership to be confident in their ability to attack the demonstrated need, and learn how to walk hand in hand with grantmakers to achieve the bold goals set by an organization's leaders. It is part of the training series called "The Golden Key to Successful Grantwriting".
