Congressional District Programs (CDP)

If you have a good idea to address a specific problem, a passion to change the world, and the time and energy to do it, then your first step may be to establish a Congressional District Program (CDP). CDP is a publicly-supported tax-exempt charity dedicated to the development of non-donor advised funds, also known as Field of Interest Programs. These Programs, set up through a low cost application are evaluated and approved under the strict supervision of CDP Management. Once approved, these Programs operate under the CDP tax-exempt umbrella and are thereby able to accept donations which are tax-exempt to the donor. The Program may then make recommendations to use those funds for the Programs operational expenses, such as fundraising and employee compensation.
